Both sides of the trade
Over-ordered, changed in the design, or left over at handover: Sparesies connects that stock with the people who can use it.
Selling surplus
For builders, developers and fit-out contractors
- List what’s left over in a few minutes, straight from site.
- Free to list. A small fee only when it sells.
- Turn cleared sites and storage into cash instead of skip fees.
Buying materials
For trades, smaller builders and renovators
- Commercial-grade materials below new trade prices.
- Every lot shows its grade, quantity, packaging, weight and loading at pickup.
- Collect locally, or have it delivered where the supplier offers delivery.
How a sale works
-
List it in minutes
Add photos, the quantity and the pickup details, set your price and publish.
-
The buyer pays Sparesies
Card or bank payment. The money is held safely and doesn’t go to the supplier yet.
-
Collected, then paid out
Once the buyer confirms they have the goods, the supplier is paid. If there’s a problem, we step in.
Every lot is graded
Four grades, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you book a truck.
New, original packaging
